She said that I was the most prepared, had the most info and appeared the most knowledgeable in the whole short sale process all together that all the other agents who claimed to be a "specialist"?! I have just been going to seminars when I can.

I am the only agent who gave an actual "listing presentation". I had my bio, 12 step, my presentation book, CMA, tax info, title list kit and etc. She said all three other agents literally JUST had a CMA and biz card. You guys are right. (Century 21, West USA and Home Smart)

But here is the best part... she said I was the only one who actually called in the morning to confirm, SHOWED up on time and didn't answer my cell phone that was constantly vibrating in my purse. Common courtesy!!! She chose me because she felt like I made her feel like she was important to me.

I have 5 listings, but 4 of them are just rentals and one is an overpriced listing and she knows it, (she dose not really need to move) but I took it for practice. (I am turning in 2 listings for land in Maricopa today as well)

So technically this is really the first one that counts... Thank you thank you thank you!
