Merrilyn Mcdonald

When Merrilyn completed real estate school and joined Executive Launch Realty Executives she had just returned to the U.S. from living in India. She was staying temporarily with her son, had a writing job that paid $1,000 a month, no car, no savings but enough money to pay her start-up costs. Today, 11 months later, after 5 closings and with 3 houses in escrow and 2 listings she now has a car, a well-paying profession she loves, her own apartment which she’s furnished on her own and money in the bank! How did she do it? “I owe it all to the exceptional training and support of the Executive Launch staff. They don’t just train you, they help you step by step through the process until you’re comfortable and experienced enough to be on your own. Even then, you’re never alone!”

Born and raised in California’s Bay Area, Merrilyn has also lived in Mexico, Holland, Japan, India and Thailand, for periods ranging from 3 months to 5 years. Although earning a B.S. in Bus. Admin., she chose to be a stay-at-home mom until her youngest turned 4, then she held a variety of positions including professional musician, legal secretary, retail manager/buyer, holistic practitioner and professional writer. What did she like best? “That’s easy” she says, “I love what I’m doing now. Real estate is an exciting arena. Every day is different and Realty Executives trains you so well you come out of the chute running!”

Executive Launch provides the pragmatic, advanced training needed to be successful in today’s real estate environment. Being well-trained gives you not only the tools, but the confidence to implement what you’ve learned in daily life. Additionally, continuing education classes and roundtable discussions are made available long after the advanced training is complete.

The training is unsurpassed and if you work the program, are patient, persistent and believe in yourself, you can’t help but to succeed. If I can do it starting literally from nothing, you can too!”
