Dale ClaytonDale Clayton – Director, Founder & Advisor, CRS, GRI, Associate Broker - Dale’s combined passion of teaching and coaching along with more than 20 years as a highly successful real estate agent has enabled him to create a training, mentoring and coaching program which is second to none. Dale’s commitment to help people change their lives, pursue their dreams and accomplish their goals has proven to be one of the most exciting ventures that he has pursued. In 1995, Dale was inducted into the Who’s Who in American Real Estate and is a life member of the Phoenix President’s Roundtable.



Barbara Lang

Barbara Lang – Assistant Director & Advisor - Barbara brings with her a dedicated commitment to help those in the Executive Launch program achieve their goals and to become successful. With a background in marketing and advertising, Barbara is enjoying her second decade selling real estate in the Phoenix metro area. Her passion for her clients is a reflection on her passion for helping those in the Executive Launch program. Barbara’s skilled negotiating and caring have proven to be a tremendous asset to all. Barbara works from the Desert Ridge office of Realty Executives.

Bob DoyleBob Doyle - CRS, GRI, ABR - With more than two decades of real estate experience, Bob’s desire is to provide you with exceptional real estate knowledge and to help you make the correct decisions in your real estate career. Bob is located at the Tempe Tower office.


David SimkinsDavid Simkins - CRS, GRI - David’s real estate experiences over the last ten years, have enabled him to become one of the leading real estate professionals in the Greater Phoenix Metro area. Known as the “Answer Man” by his clients and colleagues, David encourages your questions as you start your new career. David works from the Paradise Valley Office.

Pat HarfstPat Harfst - CRS, GRI - A local area expert with a tremendous amount of community knowledge and over 21 years of real estate experience. Pat’s objective is to work diligently to assist you with your new real estate career and to ensure the success of our Launch trained Executives. Pat operates out of the Southeast Valley office.
