Coaching Meetings – Our Launch Trained Executives are offered a variety of services to ensure success in their real estate careers. Both one on one coaching is available as well as group coaching meetings. Our group coaching meetings take place at various Realty Executives offices throughout the valley on a monthly basis. These meetings give Launch Trained Executives a great opportunity to network with other Launch Trained Executives as well as share various success stories and challenges that they have experienced.

Transaction Monitoring – With years of experience in real estate and with Realty Executives, our staff will guide you one on one through the process of filling out contracts and all of the transaction paperwork necessary to take you through escrow to processing your commission checks. This will enable you to focus less on the administrative side of real estate and more on working with your clients.
